     Offsite service to evaluate Apollo/Worldspan tool utilization

Technical Services 

• Hardware
     Remote and On Site Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting of Agency owned hardware
• Software
     Remote and On Site Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting of Worldspan and Agency provided software
• ScriptPro and Scriptwriter Plus
     Revise existing scripts or design, develop, test and implement new scripts to automate and standardize complex or redundant entries
• PNR Edits, Airline Contracts, profiles
     Design and build out databases for a variety of tools to improve quality control and simplify booking and pricing negotiated fares
