  • Help Desk 
    ASK a Question offers you an easy-to-use method to contact our Help Desks through ASK Travelport Web Site. Travelport Help Desk is committed to responding to you within a four (4) hour time frame.

    Hotel and Car discrepancies please fill out the Travelport Hotel and Car Claim Form. 

    To expedite your claim, supporting documentation must be sent to hotel&car.claims@travelportgdshelp.com  along with a copy of the completed form, by either fax or email.
