A change fee will be collected at time of ticket reissue and entered into the TAX box on the ticket
YR code will be used to collect the change fees
-AUD25.00 will be added to the YR tax box
-AUD2.50 will be added to the UO tax box (GST on change fee)
lThe process for change fee collection will be similar to GST collection except the YR code will be used.

Select Open when the given the opportunity and then Unzip. This will allow the recording to save to the hard disk of the workstation in the following location: C:\QF_ExchangeFee. This folder will be created automatically.
The path of where you would like the recording to be saved can be changed if required before click on the Unzip button.
Navigate to the file saved to the hard disk via My Computer and double click on the file to launch the demonstration. You can pause this demonstration during the presentation by clicking on the PAUSE symbol which should appear in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. The Pause button will change to a PLAY button while paused. Select this to continue the demonstration.
