Resolving Problems
Review the information provided below to resolve World File problems. If you still need help, contact a Conversion Programmer. The conversion teams may be able to help—but remember to collect as many examples as you can. Items like:
  • The old CRS profile reference name
  • The World File reference names
  • Do all of your profiles have the same problem or just particular profiles?

Missing Profiles
If you are missing any Profiles, first check the following before contacting a conversion programmer.

  • Try looking for the missing Profile at the branch offices. 
  • Type G**#ALL, to display and search the list of all Company profiles.  
  • Check the creation/modification date on your old CRS Profile. If the Profiles were not created before the data capture took place, then the Profile will not be in Travelport.

Still can't find the PRF? Then call your Conversion Programmer. E-mail addresses and telephone numbers can be found on the Contact Us page.

Correcting Profile Errors
Three methods to correct profiles errors:

  • Your Conversion Programmer can upload the profile data again. Warning: This will overwrite any changes your agency has made to the profiles prior to the first profile upload.

  • Manual; the IOT can assist you
