Special Services: World Files to ASCII file
Collecting information from a large number of profiles can prove to be very time-consuming. To save you valuable time, we are able to extract all or part of your World File data and place the information in a ASCII file. The ASCII file can be in a format that is easily imported into a third-party database program or mailing list.
ASCII File Formats
Text file (Flat File): Your World Files are copied into a standard text file and can be opened by any text editor program. The World Files appear as they appear in Travelport Res, line per line.
Comma delimited text file: This format is commonly used with database programs, such as Exel, Access, XML and many other database programs. One record or World File per line, the data fields are surrounded with quotes and separated by commas. Examples: "L2 Ref","L3 Ref","Last Name","First Name","Phone". Your may specify which fields to include in the file.
Update World Files
Do you have a data base that has valuable information that needs to be inserted into your World Files? Or need to updated certain lines in your World Files?
