The Quick Reference page contains PNR/Profile Release Forms, Queue Roll commands, and descriptions of Travelport queues used during the conversion process. No PNR/Profile conversion can take place unless the following information on the page is completed.

PNR/Profile Release Form (E-Mail-Word Document format)
A Release Form authorizes a GDS/CRS to capture PNR or Profile data and send the data to another GDS/CRS for processing. The Release Form must be completed and sent via EMail by the agency releasing the data.
