Travelport Queue 98 Description
The Conversion Team is utilizing Queue 98 to maintain World Files. Queue98 is used for quality controlling World Files. The Quality Control program can only be run by a Conversion Programmer.
Queue 98
During upload, profiles are sent to the World File Queue 98 Category 1 for quality control processing. It is the account's responsibility to work Queue 98 and correct errors found within each profile.
How our Program Quality Controls the World Files
The quality control program identifies the profile as a level 2 or level 3 and sends the appropriate copy command (i.e., G*R2#C or G*R3#C). HELP G*C
When "COPY COMPLETE" is received, profile is removed from queue.
If profile copy error is returned, the error is identified and profile is queued to the appropriate category in Queue 98. To facilitate identification of profile line requiring correction, the error is appended as a header line.

Note: Quality Control identifies the first error encountered. Additional errors may exist that can prevent a clean copy to reservations. When working Queue 98 and correcting errors, display the profile in a separate reservation area outside the queue to recopy and confirm that the profile is free of additional invalid data.
Queue 98 Category 2: Holds all profiles with incorrect credit card number or other type of form of payment that is not an acceptable Travelport format. HELP FOP.
Queue 98 Category 3: Holds all profiles with invalid Frequent Flyer numbers, non-participating carrier in Travelport or invalid 3SSR request, (i.e., WCHR or SPML) HELP FQTV or HELP 3SSR
Note: All NW, and DL frequent flyer numbers are edited in Travelport. You will find that most of the FFY errors pertain to the above carriers.
Queue 98 Category 4: Holds all profiles with duplicated 5-CA or Forms of payment that are set as always move. Travelport limits one account number and one form of payment per reservation. HELP 5$ or HELP 5-CA*
Queue 98 Category 5: Holds all profiles with 5-CB or 5-CD fields that are greater than the 6-line limitation set by Travelport. HELP 5-CB or HELP 5-CD
Queue 98 Category 6: Holds all profiles with expired credit cards. HELP 5$/EXP
Queue 98 Category 7: Holds all miscellaneous errors such as invalid formats.
