Sabre Queue Roll (Spectra)
International accounts have one queue roll command. It is very important to verify that both Air and NON-Air PNRs fall on queue.
Restrictions and Important Notes
- It is the agency's responsibility to have the PNRs on queue by the capture time stated on the release form.
- The Sabre Spectra places PNRs within seconds.
- Your account is not charged for a Spectra request.
On your Sabre Set, Use the Following Instructions
- In Sabre, find an empty unused queue.
- QK#ALL - wait for the "USMG" message
- CONTROL+U - press and hold CTRL-key, then press U, release simultaneously
- QJ/99 - 99 is just an example, replace with any queue number
The command will place all Air and NON-Air PNRs on queue 99.
Sabre accounts usually have a lot of retention PNRs. A Sabre Scribe Script named Sab_retn is available and will remove retention PNRs from the queue. This will reduce the time for us to capture the PNRs on queue. Contact a Travelport Conversion Programmer if you need a copy of the script.
