• Any formats not recognized by the standard conversion program are created as Never copy lines.
• Informational profiles that consist of all Never copy lines will be converted as is.
• Credit cards that have expired are transferred as is.
• Reference names longer than 16 characters are truncated when transferred into Travelport.
• Reference names with less than two characters are adjusted with the addition of a period(.). SABRE title: A Travelport title: A. (note the period).
• Duplicate reference names are not allowed in Travelport. For SABRE conversions, the name field is used to change the reference name.

Example: SABRE reference name is, SMITH/JOHN
Name field in profile is, -SMITH/JOHN W
New reference name in Travelport is, SMITH/JOHN W

When identical names are found, a number is used to create a unique title.

Example: SMITH/JOHN W1

• Frequent Flyer numbers with attached names are matched to the profile name field(s). If if the names match, the appropriate number is appended to the 3SSR. Names are an exact match in both and will have the appropriate name count appended (i.e., 3SSRFQTVNWHK/NW12345676-1.1 or 2.1 ).
• Frequent Flyer numbers with name(s) that do not match the profile name(s) field in the original Profile format are converted as is and will be appended (i.e. 3SSRFQTVNWHK/NW12345676-SMITH/JOSEPHE).
• Frequent Flyer numbers found without a name or name field number association are converted with the 1.1 identifier.(i.e., 3SSRFQTVNWHK/N212345676-1.1). This method also applies to profiles with multiple name fields.
• Unique remarks are created intrinsically in in Travelport as a unique remark (i.e., 5C# in SABRE becomes 5.C in Travelport).

Overwriting World Files
Travelport accounts acquiring additional business have the option of requesting the non-overwrite features when new profiles are uploaded to their pseudo city code.

The non-overwrite feature prevents the update of an existing Travelport profile with information from a similar SABRE profile.

When identical names are found, a number is used to create a unique title.
