Method for the conversion of non-air PNRs with active ticketing fields:
The Travelport system restricts the use of the 7TAW field for non-air PNRs only. All non-air PNRs with active ticketing field received from Sabre equate to the Travelport 7TAX/00/(date) format. In addition, text that is appended to the active ticketing field is converted as follows:

7TAU/21JUN NEED TO REQUEST FINAL PAYMENT FOR TOUR PACKAGE
Converts in Travelport to:
7TAX/00/21JUN//NEEDTOREQUESTFINALPAYMENT

Notes:

  • Maximum length of appended text is 35-characters. Text that extends beyond the 35-characters limitation is added to the unique remarks 5.T FOR TOUR PACKAGE.
  • Non-air PNRs converted with the 7TAX field are placed in the account's queue 8. As a precaution, if  queue is not activated pnrs are placed in queue 93 category 4 labeled unticketed PNRs.
