Data Preparations Required Before Conversions
To optimize the quality of the IWF conversion, some data clean-up is highly recommended. Click here to view a quick summary, data clean-up for IWF conversions. Review the following recommendations for each area.
FOP: The Form of Payment Template
Delete any expired credit cards. Expired credit cards are not excluded from the IWF template. Normally, all form of payments convert to the IWF template without errors. Click here to view the PIFP template.
FQTV: The Frequent Traveler Template
Delete any expired Frequent Travel cards. Invalid frequent traveler numbers and NON-Travelport Frequent Traveler Participants are not excluded from the IWF template. Normally, Travelport Frequent Traveler Participants convert to the IWF template without errors. Note: Level 2's (company profiles) do not have a FQTV IWF template. HN***: The Hotel City Template
The required data to create Hotel City IWFs is not found in Amadeus profiles. Amadeus profiles do not distinguish Hotel lines from regular remarks. Therefore, this option is not available.
CN***: The Car City Template
The required data to create Car City IWFs is not found in Amadeus profiles. Amadeus profiles do not distinguish Car lines from regular remarks. Therefore, this option is not available.
