At Travelport, we pride ourselves on offering outstanding service and support to our agency partners worldwide and are constantly looking for ways to enhance our overall service proposition to our valued customers.
We would therefore like to inform you of our first bi-annual Helpdesk Customer Satisfaction Survey for 2009 which begins February 2, 2009, and will be available until March 1, 2009. You are invited to participate in the survey to give us your feedback on our customer service and support levels, and help us identify areas where you would like to see specific changes.
It’s quite simple to participate. When calling Travelport Helpdesks, from February 2 - March 1, 2009, you will be asked if you would like to take part in our customer satisfaction surveys. If you agree, you will receive an email with the link to the online survey which you can complete at your convenience. At the end of the survey you will have the option to tell us if you would like Travelport to contact you to further discuss your feedback.
Once the survey analysis is completed, Travelport will use the collated infomation to identify and plan improvements to our helpdesk service and support offering globally.
