The Conversion Project Planner (CPP) serves as the centralized point of contact in project managing the tasks associated with the conversion timeline. 

PNR/Profile Conversion Getting Started Overview
View the Getting Started page to start reviewing all PNR, Profile and Interactive World Files conversion topics. The topics have been collected over several years and are full of many conversion topics and suggestions. This area is beneficial to NEW AGENCIES migrating to Travelport.

Quick Reference Overview
The Quick Reference page describes how to place PNRs on queue and where to find converted PNRs after conversion. All Agency Authorization for Release of Information forms are located on the Quick Reference page.

Special Services Overview
Special services are provided for existing Travelport accounts. Most services are chargeable and require a signed contract. An overview of these services is located on the left hand side of this page. New and existing accounts may select the Custom World Files for more information about customizing their World Files. All converted profile are sent through our Quality Control process. Other services include converting World Files data into Trip Manager profiles and copying World Files to ASCII formats.
