Follow-up Items after PNR Data Conversion
Your agency is responsible for several items after PNR data conversions. Here are the topics this page covers:

How to Find Converted PNRs
All converted PNRs are located in Queue 93. You can simply display a PNR by name: *-SMITH . If the PNR you are looking for has 5 names, you can display the PNR by using any name. Another way to view converted PNRs, is to jump into Queue 93 category 3: Q/93*C2 .

Working Queue 93 and its Categories
It is important to work Queue 93 category 0 and category 1. Category 0 contains all PNRs that had an air segment changed to a TVL. Category 1 contains any queue follow-up remarks found in the original PNR. All Un-Ticketed PNRs are located in category 4. Click here for detailed information about Queue 93.

Update Changed PNRs and Add New PNRs
Once the Conversion Programmer completes the data transfer, it is time to add all changes made to the PNR during the conversion process. The IOT can assist you in making changes to the PNRs. Also, you will need to manually convert newly created PNRs. Click here for manual conversion instructions.

How to Clean a Converted PNR

  • To locate information that is not displayed on the face of the Travelport PNR, from the Apollo PNR see *UY  (Old GDS Record locator, ticket numbers, form of payment, etc)
    Note: For Segment Status see *UK, for Seats see *US.
  • Verify Segment status
  • Copy Agency World File G*#C/1$AGENT NAME
  • Verify TAW is correct  7 @TAW/40/23AUG-CDL
  • Add Form of Payment 5$CA or 5$CCAX3124578874N1202
  • Store the fare 4P*
  • Add your seats back 4RA or manually: 3SANSSA
    Note: Your seats will not come over from Apollo, BUT they do exist and are still reserved. Just re-request seats and Travelport will return your seats from the Apollo PNR.
  • Receive and End PNR 6AGENT#ER
  • PNR is ready for ticketing
